This has lead some fans to formulate a theory that Oswald Cobblepot/The Penguin (Robin Taylor) is actually the Clown Prince. During a chat with MTV, Robin Taylor himself addressed this intriguing theory, saying it is "incredibly unlikely" that Penguin is The Joker.
